I have always been passionate about fitness. I started my career in investment banking, but could not sit still at my desk for very long !! 
I really enjoy teaching a variety of classes, and personal training.
I love my work and believe in a healthy, but fun and calm lifestyle. I am passionate about the benefits of regular exercise, nutrition, and especially mindfulness/wellbeing.
My biggest love is yoga, especially a more restorative style. The benefits are endless from improving sleep, calming the mind, strengthening the body, healing, allowing us to handle life better.... I love teaching and improving people's lives. As an instructor, I'm constantly learning and sharing with my participants. It's rewarding in so many ways.
I also believe that a fit and healthy way of life, is the main key to happiness. Exercise should be challenging, enjoyable, rewarding, and available to everyone, and that is what I strive to deliver.
