Whether you are a beginner, or have been training for a long while and need a change, would like help with technique, change shape, lose weight, improve your cardiovascular fitness, struggling to get to your goals, would like one to one Yoga or Pilates, need nutritional advice, struggling mentally or just want to improve your way of life, I am happy to help you achieve your goals.

Based in Norwich, Norfolk, but available online too.

I have always been passionate about fitness. I started my career in investment banking, but could not sit still at my desk for very long !! 

I really enjoy teaching a variety of classes, and personal training.

I love my work and believe in a healthy, but fun and calm lifestyle. I am passionate about the benefits of regular exercise, nutrition, and especially mindfulness/wellbeing.

My biggest love is yoga, especially a more restorative style. The benefits are endless from improving sleep, calming the mind, strengthening the body, healing, allowing us to handle life better.... I love teaching and improving people's lives. As an instructor, I'm constantly learning and sharing with my participants. It's rewarding in so many ways.

I also believe that a fit and healthy way of life, is the main key to happiness. Exercise should be challenging, enjoyable, rewarding, and available to everyone, and that is what I strive to deliver.
