My yoga and pilates classes will give you the getaway you're looking for in a comfortable and relaxing environment, either in the studio in Poringland, Norwich or online.

Proven techniques and workouts will improve your fitness, in the broadest sense of the word. You will gain more self-confidence and improve your core while we're at it. Just one hour per week will already change the way you feel and how you look.

In over 80% of the cases, there is no need to feel this way. A regular practice of yoga and pilates can seriously relieve back pains and radically improve discomfort, both physically and mentally.

Pilates is a great workout as we get older, it develops more strength, coordination and balance. This is exactly what you need at a point where high impact training can bring more harm than good.

Yoga is a way to fully address body and mind.

I love taking the elements of Yoga that us Westerners may find "weird" and making them practical and enjoyable. 

It's very important to me that the yoga classes are accessible to all levels and ages. Even if you have never done yoga before, join, I can assure you that you will feel better afterwards.

There is no room for yoga snobbery, no showing off, no difficult poses: this is about creating a space and time where you can fully relax and take the time to feel the effect of the postures that we do.

With over 20 years of solid teaching experience and a past life in banking, I can't wait to have you in class and share the practices that have pulled me out of a terrible time in my life. A time of depression, stress and anxiety. I can even say that the combination of yoga and pilates saved my life.
